We are developing a new scanner measuring system for our customer. Here, the presence of the metal strips and the respective plastic connectors on position, position and completeness should be recognized. This measuring system will replace the old camera system in the future. Since there are a variety of variants to recognize, correct and error-free operation of the system is extremely important. Another task is the rapid implementation of the system to maintain the production run at the customer undisturbed. Since a longer commissioning tim is not possible for the customer due to the production processes, all algorithms must be programmed in advance and repeatedly tested. This is done by our specialists and programmers in our headquarter in order to be able to supply the customer with a TOP product.
